“We stayed at Vayam, Gili Asaham for 8 nights in mid-April 2026 in room N.1. It was our second stay on the island, and it was very pleasant and relaxed. “The staff, air con & bed were very good. However this hotel is more suited to local guests, especially families, than international travelers. Eg the nearest atm is a 15 min taxi ride away. Also this hotel holds large corporate functions so access to the pools can at times be limited.”

“While the property is good, food was terrible. Also, we left our AirPods at the hotel but when we got back they were not to be found. Most likely one of the staff took it. Overall a very average stay and the dishonesty cost us even more dearly. ”

Charging 350 000 for a taxi for 30km's to Lembar is a robbery, we took a bemo for 30 000 instead. You can swim right off the beach outside, a big plus and they keep the beach clean. Also free water refill, makes the stay better... ”

I have some foods I cannot eat and staff made sure to ask questions so that both my dinner and breakfast were perfect. The spa was fantastic. We both got massages and really enjoyed the care from all the staff. loved the vibe here and would stay again for sure.”
